Why Caputo?
Thanks to our experience developed over three generations as master Neapolitan millers, we guarantee extremely high standards of quality. We select and mix the best wheat in the tradition of the ancient art of milling followed by a slow grinding process which preserves the starch, protein, and natural flavor. Rather than an all-purpose flour, we have expertly crafted flours for every purpose to mee the specific needs of chefs that are made with wheat and only wheat (with the exception of our Gluten Free Flour) with no extra additives.
