Caputo Lievito Dry Yeast


Obtained from Italian molasses (a particular type of sugar obtained from beet and sugar cane) our yeast dies completely at 58 °C. Therefore, it is easily digestible unlike chemical yeasts which may collapse due to long fermentation. A high-activity yeast, our dry yeast guarantees high stability with prolonged leavening and is fed only with natural Italian ingredients. Suitable for all types of leavening, including gluten-free preparations, it works slower in the first period and starts to release higher quantities of gas in the sequent phases to guarantee gradual and consistent gas production.


Mix through flour, it does not need to be dissolved in water beforehand.
Recommended for Gluten-Free recipes.
To be consumed after cooking.

Store in a cool, dry place.
Shelf life: 12 months.
After opening, store in the fridge (0/10C) with the plastic cap secured tightly and use within 2 months.

Produced in a facility where cereals containing gluten and products (wheat flour) are present.
