Ingredients
1 (280g) Neapolitan Pizza Dough Ball
1 (4 oz / 113g) Deliziosa Burrata
½ cup (80g) fresh strawberries, cut into sixths
⅓ cup (40g) fresh blackberries
⅓ cup (40g) fresh raspberries
¼ cup (40g) fresh blueberries
Fresh basil, as needed
Sabatino white truffle, finely grated, as needed
Sabatino truffle honey, for drizzling
Caputo Semolina, as needed for stretching
Instructions
- Preheat your pizza oven to the appropriate temperature for your Neapolitan pizza dough.
- Lightly dust your work surface with Caputo Semolina. Stretch the 280g Caputo dough ball to approximately 12 inches in diameter.
- Gently tear the Deliziosa Burrata into small pieces and distribute evenly over the dough.
- Bake until the crust is golden brown and the burrata is melted, ranging 2–8 minutes, depending on your oven setup and temperature.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and evenly distribute the strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries over the top. Finish with fresh basil.
- Using a microplane, finely grate Sabatino white truffle over the pizza.
- Finish with a drizzle of Sabatino truffle honey.
- Slice, serve, and enjoy!
Notes
- Add the berries after baking to preserve their fresh flavor, color, and texture.
- Berry sizes can vary, so gram measurements are recommended for the most consistent results.
- For the best contrast of flavors and textures, serve the pizza immediately after finishing.
