Instructions
Instructions
- Prepare Pasta Fresca x Semolina Pasta Dough and allow it to rest at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
- Once rested, roll the dough into thin sheets using a rolling pin or pasta machine.
- Place the rolled sheets on a surface dusted with Caputo Semolina Flour. Work with one sheet at a time. You do not need to keep the dough covered.
- Chef's Trick: Use your baking dish to measure the size of your lasagna sheets by tracing along the edge of the dish. This ensures perfectly sized sheets every time.
- When ready to assemble your lasagna, layer the fresh pasta sheets directly over your sauce—there is no need to pre-cook them! With high-quality fresh pasta dough, the sheets will cook perfectly in the oven.

Notes
- If you plan to use the lasagna sheets later, allow them to dry completely before storing in an airtight container. Freeze for up to 3 months. If using frozen lasagna sheets, cook them in salted boiling water for 1–2 minutes before assembling your lasagna.
