- On a large surface, combine Caputo Semola Flour and Caputo “00” Chef’s Flour, then make a well in the center. Slowly pour in warm water and combine.
- Knead for 5-10 minutes or until smooth. Cover and allow to rest for 10 minutes.
- Cut off a piece of the dough and roll it into a rope. Cut ½-inch-wide pieces from the rope. Then with two fingers press into the piece and pull towards you, creating an indentation. Continue and repeat with remaining dough.
- If using immediately, boil water and cook until all pasta floats to the top. Remove and toss with your favorite sauce.
- If using later, place on a sheet tray with extra flour and freeze. Once frozen, then place into a plastic bag for future use.
