- In a large bowl, combine Caputo “00” Chef’s Flour, softened butter, salt, and warm water. Mix until a smooth dough forms, about 5–8 minutes. Cover and allow the dough to rest for about 20 minutes to prevent it from drying out.
- Preheat a large griddle or pan over medium heat.
- Using a scale, measure out 3–4 oz portions of dough. Roll each portion into a ball, then use a rolling pin to roll it out to about 9–10 inches wide.
- Spray the griddle or pan with non-stick spray and add the rolled-out tortilla. Cook for about 4 minutes per side, or until slightly golden.
- Serve warm or allow to cool and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
